Working mainly in and around West Yorkshire, my portfolio encompasses a variety of projects including new build, extensions, building conversions and refurbishments.
I cover all industry sectors including retail, industrial, social and private housing, sports facilities and farm buildings - with extensive experience of Listed Building projects, barn conversions and domestic house extensions.

The projects include 5-bedroom detached private residences, a development of 10 4-bedroom houses, a conversion of a former school into domestic dwellings and a new build sports club.
Specific issues addressed in these projects include extensive Drainage and Structural Engineering, Disability Access, working with buildings with Listed Status, the preservation of existing architectural features and working within strict criteria laid down by public funding bodies.
